Professional Background

Sean's practice focuses on personal and commercial lines bodily injury defense. He frequently defends both first and third party bodily injury cases in Oregon and Washington. Prior to joining Barger Law Group PC, Sean was a Partner at one of the Pacific Northwest's largest insurance defense firms. Sean has been honored as a Super Lawyers, Rising Star for 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016.

Client Representation

Sean represents the world's largest privately owned and operated fitness chain in bodily injury litigation in both Oregon and Washington. Sean has also represented food distributors, restaurants, and grocery stores in significant bodily injury and premises liability litigation in Oregon, Washington, and the United States Federal District Court for the District of Oregon. Sean also handles bodily injury litigation for several personal lines and commercial lines auto carriers in Oregon and Washington.

Sean takes great pride in aggressive, yet efficient representation. He also understands and values client communications, as each case brings with it unique circumstances and facts, which may guide a client’s expectations and objectives.
